The MR/BWR grade of plywood is an economical solution for those who want to buy better quality interior grade plywood which is less expensive. Since it is manufactured with MUF resin and plantation timber, it is more environment friendly & a perfect match for decorative interior and commercial application.
The veneers from high quality logs are mechanically dried and taken through a stress relieving process, then these veneers are assembled in a way such to form a balanced construction and are glued with high quality fortified synthetic resins. Glue line is poisoned by special formulations of chemicals to make the Plywood safe against borers. It is hot pressed under proper temperature and more than 16 Kg/cm2 specific pressure. After the pressing process is done, the plywood undergoes a preservative treatment.
