Film Face Densified Shuttering Plywood is a product for high end construction use. It is a multi functional product, which can be used in construction industry for buildings, bridges, heavy industry and structures etc. for use on walls, slabs, columns and beams etc. It is highly compressed & this leads to enhanced load bearing capacity, better nailing and screw holding properties.
It is manufactured by selecting quality veneers impregnated with modified phenol formaldehyde resin for longer life and better performance in all applications The phenolic film plywood has a coated glossy surface which gives a long life to the product and has great value in terms of reuse. This plywood withstands the corrosive action of cement water and sunlight. It is the ideal framework material for precast, concrete moulds since it is free from dents, non-corrosive and imparts an evenly fine finish on the concrete surface. This results in additional cost-saving since no re-plastering or finishing is required.
