H-Beams

The wooden H Beams are designed and manufactured and are subjected to strict quality control checks to withstand various design loads. The web is made up of water-resistant plywood and the Flange sections are made up of chemically treated and kiln dried Meranti / Mango hardwood that makes the Beam stronger and durable.

An I/ H Timber Beam is a beam having an / H shaped cross-section. Studies have shown that I / H shaped section is a very efficient form for carrying both bending and shear loads. It has reduced capacity in the transverse direction and is also inefficient in carrying torsion.

I/ H Timber Beams from ITP are lighter and easier to handle, making them the ideal solution for extended spans and heavy loads at construction sites. Apart from offering superior strength, solidity, and high dimensional stability with consistent depth, they resist shrinking and twisting.
