The Flush door is made with seasoned timber and selected premium veneers which are chemically treated and seasoned. The wooden blocks are then framed to the Block Board Core and bonded with Phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin under high temperature and pressure, under cross-band process.
These doors have a lock rail on both sides of the frame. The frame and battens used in the flush doors are well treated and assembled in such a way that there is no gap in between the battens and frames. An extra coating of PF resin has been put over the assembled flush door to get more bonding strength between core and battens.
This unique process makes the Flush Doors dimensionally stable and is free from delamination, warping, fungus and are termite resistant.
